So, there’s this girl I work with , and our dynamic has been throwing me mixed signals lately, making it hard to tell where I stand. We’ve had quite a few playful, high-energy interactions—she'll do things like compliment my cologne, initiate conversations by showing me things on her phone, and engage in some pretty theatrical, eye-contact-heavy banter that definitely keeps things interesting. On the flip side, though, she's also casually mentioned having a boyfriend when others were around, which adds a layer of ambiguity to the whole thing. I can't quite figure out if she's genuinely interested or just likes playing games and keeping me on my toes for attention, so I'm curious what you guys think is actually going on here. (For context, I have autism, so understanding body language and social signs can be really confusing for me—I tend to overanalyze things and then completely miss actual signs of interest.)

I think I have been ghosted on a low-bar-of-entry role. I was in contact with a recruiter at the company last week, but no callbacks or anything this afternoon, despite reaching out this morning. The job requires only a high school diploma.
