Is it okay to hit on girls with boyfriend?

I really like this girl but she has a boyfriend, she's been dating him for 3 years, she's not just a crush, she's very polite, lovely, very nice girl and most important she behaves correctly, she's not one of those crazes of now days.

No its not okay to hit on those who are in relationships, its disrespectful and overstepping your bounds. If you truly cared about her you would respect her and what she wants (which is clearly the relationship she is in currently).

If they happen to break up without you interfering in any way then you can go ahead and try to pursue her, but for now think of how you would feel if you were the one in a relationship with her and some other guy decides its a good idea to make moves on her, it wouldn't feel good, so respect that.

You know why she has a boyfriend? Because she has all the qualities that make her a relationship quality girl. Now you be a relationship quality guy and keep your nose out of her business.

You can hit on her if you want but judging by the length of her relationship, she'll shut you down and you may lose her as a friend.

If she seems really happy with the guy, then I'd try to forget about her. But if she seems unhappy with him, and seems like she's having so much fun around you, then I'd go for it. Whatever's best for her.
