If you had a boyfriend who wore diapers because of incontinence would you help change him if he asked for help?

I have asthma but even worse is the fact that I have full incontinence which means I pretty much have to stay in diapers at all times. I've been up front and honest and my girlfriend knows. Most the time I'm okay with changing myself because I prefer it but there are days when my asthma really bothers me making it rather difficult to do it myself like I normally do and so sometimes I wish I could get help. I've told her and even politely asked for help once or twice but she refuses and says she doesn't do diapers. I've since dropped it as of three years ago out of respect and I didn't want to press my luck because I love her but I feel like at the rate I'm going I'm going to likely end up in the hospital from an asthma attack over it which would suck. I feel like a jerk kinda for even asking it but at the same time I've done a lot of things for her too. Aren't relationships supposed to be a two way street especially when you love someone or am I being selfish?

1st off if she’s not disgusted by it then let her! Get a girlfriend that’s a CNA they don’t give a sh*+ it’s part of the job! Now to flip this question: if it was your girlfriend would you assist her in changing her... you should an not be a wuss! Grow a pair an just do it! My girlfriend is a CNA an both of her parents are doctors changing your boyfriend due to incontinence should be no big deal! There’s much worse things you could be doing, bed pans ( looks like a stainless steel toilet bowl with no plumbing ) it’s there to collect the pee & dookie from the patient! When you have kids you will be changing them so don’t be a b***h about it an & guys if she asks you for assistance with changing her grow a pair an just do it! Remember “ in sickness & health as you agree to when you slip the ring on her finger an your officially now together!

I can see why she'd be reluctant but if you explain the severity of the situation I'd expect she'd help.

I thought about it but I feel kinda bad asking for help at the same time because I don't want her to have to do something she doesn't wanna do if that makes any sense. I consider myself rather lucky she's still with me vs being alone so I'm trying to appreciate it by being thankful for the love she does give me. She often asks me what's wrong and I tell her I'm fine don't worry about it just because I feel like I should be able to handle it myself and she would say no again anyway...

Yes it should and if u absolutely need someone to change your diaper because u can't physically do it urself and she's not helping you than she must be using u for something or doesn't care that much about u.

Of course, why should she change your diaper?
