How to cuddle a tall guy? Tips please?

Me and my crush have a height difference of 1 foot and 4 inches. However, he loves snuggling/cuddling and I do too but it's hard when our heights differ so much. Any tips on how to cuddle him properly without making it awkward? (he likes to be the little spoon like in the pic)

Step 1. Awkwardly position foot over hip as your legs will not reach around torso.
Step 2. Attempt to hug his back only to realize your stubs of arms can't touch his chest.
Step 3. Begin to cry softly
Step 4. Boyfriend will notice you crying and immediately help by rolling over and cuddling you.
Step 5. Scream in frustration realizing you can never cuddle him.
Step 6. Enjoy rest of night in his arms.
Step 7. Break up with him next day because he can't wash dishes properly

Sit him down. most of the height difference is in the legs. Sit on his lap or kneel over him. Spooning is great don't worry about it to much just come up behind him and put your arms around his waist.

Just position your head lower, your spine isn't going to magically change to bend in a different way. And your legs need to be close to his to do that position, so just scoot down.

Also, put one leg between his but opposite of the picture (under) makes for nice snuggles.

You could make a joke out of it. Make him sit down or bend down for cuddles. Or carry a crate around so you can stand on it.

You could also cuddle him around the waist.
