Girls, does yoga pants make you horny?

I saw my cute neighbor this morning, she was wearing a yoga pants that shows her big butt! She was too hot. Actually I usually try to avoid talking with her since she is single and looks like she's slut also. She always try to act playfully and like a 12-years-old girl but she's freshman college student! So what ever when saw me she run to me and said "Good Morning Hot Boy", then she asked me about her yoga pants and I said that it's good. She smiled then laughed and run for her gym class.

Honestly I have no problem to be friends but not to sleep with her as she invited me a lot in her place which make her intention clear to me (I know if I went to her apartment that I can't last more to pop her cherry which I don't want).

How can I tell her my feelings?
