What does a guy mean when he says "I love you"?

I met a guy very recently. Everything happened really fast and I saw him everyday and all night. He said that he loved me on the fourth day since we met. Does it mean anything? Do guys use "I love you" a lot and just throw it around like it's just another phrase?

From my personal experience. If a guy says that he loves you after knowing you for a short amount of time, then they are just trying to get something from you. Or they just like the idea of you in their life. Don't say it back unless you SERIOUSLY mean it, and don't let this guy pressure you into doing any thing just because he "Loves you." Take things slow, and don't let him rush any thing!

wow that's a thinker right there. For me, I know I don't throw around "I love you" unless I really mean it. Not saying he is but, there are guys that say I love you just to sleep with girls. Right now I would take it with a grain of salt. See what happens after you get to know him more.
