i am just curious how many other women are spanked by there men? whether its sexually or not.. i am both in the bedroom and not.. i just wanted to see if other women enjoy it, need it, why, etc..

This study from a few years ago showed that almost 65% of women had fantasized about “being dominated sexually” (which would include spanking, bondage and other things). That number might be high and not everyone that fantasizes about something actually does it, but I think there are many women that enjoy being spanked in a sexual context.

Regarding why, based on what I've read, it's usually some combination of the following that is sexually stimulating from a mental perspective:
- Submitting to their partner in this way
- Humiliation/embarrassment (I've heard some people that enjoy being spanked - both men and women - say that it's more exciting with witnesses because of the additional humiliation/embarrassment)
- Pain

In addition to that, there's been research that shows from a physical standpoint that stimulation of the buttocks from spanking, particularly the lower part, increases blood flow to and stimulates the genital area that is very close by.

How hard do you like to be spanked? Do you find anything else that's painful arousing? That might tell you whether the pain is part of what's arousing.

Is there a specific part of the spanking process that you find most exciting? If it's feeling like you have to obey what you're told to do, then maybe it's the submitting aspect that you like. If it's clothing removal or exposure or a feeling of shame about being spanked that turns you on then maybe it's the humiliation/embarrassment factor that's most important for you. If it's the actual physical contact that you like most, then maybe it's either pain or the increased blood flow/physical stimulation that excites you. A few big things, physically the nerve that runs to your clitoris/vagina runs under your ass and if a spanker knows where to hit and how to hit it you can stimulate that nerve. Almost all women like this when done properly and lightly.

Aside from there there is an element of powerlessness with it some people enjoy, being thrown over a knee and spanked can have a humiliation aspect some people like to. It can feel embarrassing in a good way for some people.
