My girlfriend proved that she is physically stronger than me. Does this mean she calls the shots in our relationship?

she's about 12 cm taller than me. she's very athletic, she used to play lots of sports when growing up and is really into her fitness. She lifts weights as well. Today she proved she's physically stronger than me by lifting my up for a minute and beating my in arm wrestling. Im ok with her being stronger than me but does this mean she controls everything in our relationship?

hopefully you have some attribute that makes up for your weakness.
Also it wouldn't be hard for you to fix this. Just get the fitness bug and workout a lot. Most likely you will naturally surpass her.

she's very smart too. She was pleased the get the physical strength thing off her chest. Some guys in her past were disgusted by it but I'm still standing by her side and she's the happiest I've ever seen. So maybe thats where I make it up. I'm the reason for her smile.

No one has to control anything in a relationship! With some couples, the woman can be the one in control but simply because she’s controlling and wants everything her way. She doesn’t have to be the strongest to “have the power”. Some people are okay being in a relationship like that, but I think equal is always the best.

Its going beyond fine. She is thrilled that her physical strength does not bother me. She said a few guys found it disgusting and left her upon finding out. she's the happiest I've ever seen. It doesn't change my feelings for her, I'm still going to stand by her side and hold her hand.

she's really into fitness. She used to play basketball and football growing up. She can run for miles without losing steam. She has a 6 pack. she's very athletic with some muscle tone. She also has some weights at home she works with.

I don't have much time due to work. The gyms are closed. Im average. I try to keep fit to a reasonable degree by jogging and stretching with her everyday.
