  Biologically, the cuddly emotional stuff is oxytocin driven (the bonding chemical) and that chemical is more powerful in female. Estrogen enhances the effects and women get bursts of it with basic stimulation like hugging.
  Males don’t get much and testosterone nullifies it’s effects. We are more dopamine driven which is the happy chemical and sex is where we get the most.
