About 28 to 45 depending on the man and his situation. Also depends on if he finds a girl, im 34 and been ready to settle down since about 28 but haven't found many suitable girls to even consider it with. I dont date hos.

Its getting closer to later 20s to mid 30s simply because of the housing crisis that is going on. Young guys (mid 20s) do not earn enough to purchase homes for themselves anymore.

It use to be like that but sine the turn of the millennium its definitely also being pushed back to mid to late 30s. Maybe depends on where you are but at mid 20s only a low (<10%) percentage of men are earning enough of a salary to purchase a house and support a family on a single income if the women wants to stay home and support the children..
