Depends on many factors tbh.. in the past I would have said no way never but now depending on the partner and what you classify as ‘nude’ then sure.
I’d never send full nude or anything with my face in but something a little sexy, lingerie or whatever on occasion sure, and only if I’ve known them a few years now and we trust each other etc and also they’ve seen me in-person naked already to not ruin the whole surprise factor.
So to answer your question if not fully nude and tastefully done with no face then possibly when mood strikes or to surprise them in an unexpected scenario
I DO NOT do nudes! First “a couple of days”? That’s it? I mean maybe if he was getting deployed in Afghanistan for two years, I mean I still wouldn’t… but a couple of days? What lunatic could not go two days w/o seeing their S/O’s naked body? There was a girl in my school who was pressured to send her boyfriend nudes, obviously they broke up, and before the next school day, he had sent the nude pictures to as many people as possible! By the end of the school day, everyone had seen them, even if they didn’t receive the text! So no, I don’t send nudes! They say that there are two ways to learn… You can learn from your own mistakes, or you can learn from the mistakes of others! Personally, I’d rather learn from HER mistake, than make THAT damned mistake myself!
Never knowingly give out nudes or compromising pictures. Remember if they were taken without your attention or permission then that can be dealt with but if you willingly give them out meaning are posing for them then years down the line they can pop up anywhere, on the internet, at your potential employer, your kids can get a hold of it when you start a family.
Like so from my teens and early 20s: no shame if leaked. I'm proud of them. I help to leak: Cuz I'm proud of it. Yes, that's me in the pic! I have no shame. But if it's like a dick pic jerking off, I don't wanna show that. That's bad for my reputation.

I don't think sending nudes are a good idea. Even if my partner is loyal but it's actually very risky to do such things. There are always chances of falling into trouble.

You hear a lot about nudes getting around. And even if I trusted him, he would never pass them around. Accidents can still happen. Be it by hacking, someone swiping accidentally, or whatever else there is.
I just don't do nudes. It's a big nope for me, never been comfortable with the thought.
