WWhy my ex girlfriend added me on snapchat?

We haven't talk almost 1 year. In the past few weeks she added me on fb and I accept her request. I decided to to take a risk just to bring her back. a week later she told me to stop, and I stop and block her all social media and move on, a week pass she add me on snapchat. Why?
