Yeah, walk away. Nobody is constantly that busy they reply after 2 days or on a fixed timing. She simply doesn't want to talk, but doesn't completely ghost you because she is scared to face conflict if you get too angry from that. Quite a coward behaviour but I think most of girls do this, so get used to get these hints earlier.
Don't fall in the trap of thinking she is too shy or is playing hard to get on purpose. If she wanted you, she would make sure to keep you hooked there and would give you more obvious hints, such as initiating some conversations by herself, asking questions, introducing new topics while replying to yours, talking about her personal life spontaneously, hinting about things to go when hanging out, sending pics spontaneously etc.
Let women do their steps too. Also because the more you insist against a missing reciprocation (like initiating topics, convos and questions after she didn't do any of that), the more you destroy any chance with them. People care about what they invest in, so if you don't let them make any move because you make anyway the next ones by yourself, well, they won't care.

Maybe she doesn’t really wanna talk to you but doesn’t want to seem rude. I’ve met guys like that, who keep trying to engage even though I’m not really responsive. I know it seems rude but if she’s kind of quiet and too nice then she’ll feel bad flat out rejecting you so she may be hoping you get the hint...

Walk away, short and simple version is she doesn’t wanna seem mean for not answering you but waiting 2 days or certain times to answer you just means she’s basically not worried about getting back to you.
