They consider how their choices impact others before they decide what to do or say. If they wouldn't appreciate being on the receiving end of what they plan to dish out, they'll come up with an alternative. They realize they'll never be able to please everyone all the time, but they do their best to see the bigger picture rather than just narrow in on their own perspective. They realize no one, including themselves, is entitled to anything. They don't use the terms good, bad, right or wrong, as they realize those terms are more likely to disrespectfully push their agenda onto others, as there are no universal good, bad, right or wrongs. They're comfortable enough with their own beliefs to not feel threatened by those who are different. They give rather than demand respect. They are more interested in hearing and understanding others than being heard.
