What do you usually dream about?

I had a dream last night where I was like wandering a fucking forest, and then like y'know had a boyfriend and we smoked cigarettes. I had a baby, , all i remember was I was getting ganged up on and my boyfriend jumped in to protect me and got stabbed. He died saying that whatever happened, protect the baby or something. Then I woke up within the dream as myself but 60 and alone. WHat dOes this meAN?

It's hard to say without actually talking to you but the forest sounds like it represents the unknown, possibly fear. Having a boyfriend you smoke cigarettes with shows an acknowledgement that you take comfort in things you know might not be good for you. A cigarette can have a calming effect in a stressful situation similar to how a boyfriend can. You have a baby and your fear is juxtaposed with the loss of the boyfriend representing fear of starting something and having to go through it alone.

You wake up later at 60 by yourself with the child nowhere in sight after your boyfriend who seemed so weak and helpless a moment ago entrusted you with a taks you can't be sure was completed successfully.

My interpretation is that your dream is about your desire and inherent fear of having a partner you place your trust in and the responsibility of having a family. The fear is mostly fueled by your not wanting to be old, alone and have nothing to show for it.

Nothing serious that I remember but I have had some bad experiences in relationships

Boyfriends gaslighting me, one broke up with me because I was too old and constantly belittled me. Now a lot of the men in my life belittle me for being "too old". no abuse or anything though.

many dreams are driven by fear or... basically an emotion that is strongest in ur life at the moment. sleeping in a new place seems to make major shifts in my dreams... and it mostly hinges on WHY i'm in a new place. is it out of necessity or coincidence. the emotion that drove that change will seep into your dreams. big projects or events that are pending creep in as well. if there is a lot of sleep apnea, that will affect one's dreams. i usually have very vivid dreams anyway but when i started sleeping with a weighted blanket they became even MORE vivid.

my sleeping pattern also affects my dreams. like if i drink a lot of water just before i sleep i'll have to get up at 3 am to pee. i'll have some mundane dream about work, usually. but after i pee and go back to bed that's when i have my most erotic dreams.

pay attention to the things that influence dreams. don't pretend that ur dream life is mystical and un-understandable. pay attention to ur body and ur emotional state and ur environment and pay attention to ur dreams. write them down.

when the alarm goes off and i go pee and then try to remember what i dreamt i usually can't remember. or when the dog wakes me up to go outside, i'll forget. if i wake up before the alarm and try to remember my dream before i even get out of bed, describing it to myself in my head before i even get out of bed... that's when i'll remember the details and be able to describe it to someone else later that day... because i already used words to describe it in my head before i even got out of bed.

dreams are fun. engage them. see how they change. what impacts them. mt dream life is fun and entertaining. sometimes i feel like i've been watching movies all night.

I remember I was wandering an abandoned factory/warehouse and met some people there. At one moment suddenly the police was after us but they were kinda not allowed to arrest us. I walked out and just descended a staircase with the cops. On the way down I saw a group of girls, including an old crush, who were blinded by the cop's lights and went down too. Seeing that u had a baby doesn't mean u will have a real baby it could mean it's new born u might be starting over in life or new beginning of something n maybe your protected by angels the number 60 could also mean something but not if u are old in the dream
