Is it normal that my friends followed my crush on insta after I told them about him?

Okay so far two of my school friends have followed my crush on Instagram and after I told them not to they took it as a “joke” I feel kinda uncomfortable in this situation since I don’t know what they are going to do. is this normal? Or am I overthinking?

When your friends follow your crush after knowing them they probably are not friends. You need to claim him among friend group. Guys do that…hands and penis off is how we say it.

Then if they keep up watch out. Expect them to say negative things to get you off him. Be very careful as they are competing with you.

It depends because sometimes friends do this just to snoop but on the other hand there are people who are supposed friends but can be malicious and try to talk to him… have your friends ever shown any red flags prior to this?

Yeah they have shown some red flags in the past and my “friends” aren’t the type of people that im super close with and I rarely talk to them about this boy.
