My fiancé got mad at me I wore this to the store. He says I’m grown, a business woman, a career woman, I have kids, I’m engaged - I shouldn’t be wearing this. Is he wrong? Or am I wrong?

it's funny but i was telling someone who i know how the jackass she's with made some stupid comments about the dress she wore when a fashion designer gave her that dress to wear to help promote his or her business and the idiot makes some stupid joke he thought was funny and i told her if that fashion designer sees what he put it could ruin her chances of getting other fashion designers to give her outfits to wear for important business events because stuff like that could spread around to his or her colleagues and give her a bad reputation in both her industry and that fashion designer's industry which her industry and that other person's industry collaborate with important business events
and it wasn't the first time i had to warn her about stupid comments the jackass she's with makes. he made comments a few months ago while she was on the road for work about some of her clothing being vintage which it wasn't and i told her him promoting it as vintage which it's not is false advertising and could get her legally sued

Yes but are his concerns because he’s embarrassed? Because he doesn’t want others to look at her? Because she might catch a cold? Because he thinks men will look at her?
If it’s because it’s not appropriate for the weather or for church or meeting the queen, then I might say something. However I doubt that this is the case. Seems more like he see her as something to be owned or controlled. Men tend to feel that a partner isn’t equal in a relationship and therefore an object to be controlled. But she’s a woman with thoughts feelings and a will to do what she wants but more than that protected under the first amendment to have the freedom of expression. Just because your in a relationship doesn’t mean you give that up. It’s why cheating on a spouse or when in a relationship isn’t a crime. You have the freedom to have sex with anyone you want regardless of your status.

Marriage used to mean something... they owned each other and it was a contract that at one time meant something... Cheating was a crime. You're absolutely right though of how it is now.

Here is my tiny thought on it... maybe we should just stop with the whole idea of legalizing a bond between two people for sexual reasons? What do you think of my idea? ... I mean think about it... it doesn't mean much that other laws don't already serve a purpose for... at this point in history. Like if a kid is mine and she gets me for child support... it doesn't matter if we were not married at conception... she still gets child support. Am I right?
