Is there a difference in "love you" and "I love you"?

If someone who used to say "I love you" but now says "love you" mean anything?

in my relationship:

"love you" is for when you're hanging up the phone, and "i love you" is what you say in a more serious and intimate moment. "love you" is for when you're in a hurry, and "i love you" is for when you have all the time in the world and want to make the best of it. "love you" can be for the times when you're feeling silly and teasing each other, but "i love you" is for the times when you need each other, want each other, and feel like you can't live without each other.

but for most guys:

they are used interchangeably, and they mean exactly the same thing, so if this is happening to you then i wouldn't worry about it😂

Yes, I love you is more personal to me than just love you…. Love you is the unspoken question, “do you love me?” Waiting for the reply, “love you too.”

I think so love you something for friend or siblings or parents. I love you is for the person partner but you better mean it.
