Do you read or watch anything with romance?

I stay away from that type of thing because it raises unrealistic expectations. And it’s completely fake.

Sure, I like romance movies, but I barely watch them. I just prefer to watch ones that either have a unique concept, have actors I like, or are just well made. Some I enjoyed were Me Before You, Call Me By Your Name, and Crazy Stupid Love

I don't take them that seriously and watch them out of hopes of "one day" like when I was 14 😂. I've experienced my fair share of drama in relationships to do that, so I'm good 👍 I'll enjoy someone else go through that instead.

Watch? Sure. I like a romantic film or romantic comedy from time to time.

Read? Not really. I mean I've read Great Expectations, Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre which have some romantic elements but that's about it.

A lot. I felt the same way, that theyre fake. Until i met a guy and we fell in love. Never thought i could be that happy. Felt like i was in a damn movie.

I don't. watch a whole lot of TV/movies but when I do, yes, I do like romamce. 👍 🙂

Romance is fun, but its no more real than porn, or action movies. But nothing wrong with fantasy as long as people recognize it for what it is

Real romance exists too - but not like movie romance. Classic movie romances tend to show very broken relationships -sometimes bordering on stalking and abuse.

I've seen a few movies and some anime. It's a nice change of pace from the intense action packed stuff I usually watch or read.

My wife likes rom-coms, so we watch them together on occasion. Some are entertaining.

I've watched some movies, like In Her Shoes. But I prefer action and horror.
