When you sleep with your lover do you both hold each other during the night?

My lady and I have been together for over 20 years and we hold each other through the night, me holding her from the back visa Versa cuddling from front etc, my lady talks to her girlfriends but none of them say this rings true for them, we both don’t find this surprising because me and my ex always were separate during the night as was my lady and her ex, we’d like to know if other couple are (hopefully) like us, or like her girlfriends, all I know is I love my relationship with my beautiful lady

Never, he’s like a furnace when he sleeps, lots of body heat! And I feel ill when I overheat, so being stuck together through the night isn’t a good idea. We typically turn our backs to each other after saying goodnight, and stretch out and sleep.
