What if a guy is short , skinny and has below average looking face...

Is under confident, shy and has ots of insecurities about himself.

How do women feel about such men and can he get into relationship, sex , romance and/or marry a woman ever?

No woman would ever like such a man with all the negative and unattractive physical traits

He can get paid sex but sex/romance otherwise is really really tough thing for him

Some women might like him because she can use him as a doormat/slave etc

Yeah, personality and character plays a big part. If you have great charisma, are enjoyable to be around, and are confident in your own way. You can still find women.

Sure there are superficial women.

But there are plenty of women who aren’t superficial and will look past the exterior and be drawn to your heart and soul.

I already got exhausted from people with those same negative personality traits and I didn't even date them. I can't imagine how bad it would be if I did.
