I wouldn’t. Following each other on social media isn’t an invitation to jump back into each others lives. Or at least in my eyes it’s not.

Everyone views it differently. Personally I don’t view it that way. I don’t mind if people that I had a falling out with, want to follow my social media. But I have no interest in talking to them.
