But i want to lactiting and what can I do to lactate again for restarting adult nursing relationship with my husband?

But i want to lactiting and what can I do to lactate again for restarting adult nursing relationship with my husband?

Firstly you should go to doctor and i thinkkk;
Gentle Nudges: Picture ur body like a sleepy garden that needs to be woken up. Regular breast stimulation, either through nursing, pumping, or hand expression, is like gently nudging your body, reminding it of the milk-making process. It's about consistency, like whispering to ur body, "Hey, we’re doing this again."
Little and Often: It's more about how often than how long. Imagine it's like tending to a delicate plant. Frequent, gentle care is better than occasional overwatering.
Nourish Yourself: Think of ur body as a nurturing garden. You need to feed and water it well. Good nutrition and hydration are key – like making sure your garden gets all the nutrients and water it needs to flourish.
Your Personal Guide: A lactation consultant is like having a gardening expert by ur side. They can provide tailored advice, support, and cheer u on, offering tips and tricks tailored just for ur garden.
Natural Boosters: Some people find herbs or prescribed medications helpful, like adding a special fertilizer to your garden. But, as with anything new, it's best to check with a healthcare provider – they’re like the experts who know what's best for your soil. (or what else I don't know)
Create a Peaceful Space: Stress can be like unexpected frost; it can hinder growth. Finding ways to relax and stay positive is crucial. It’s about creating a tranquil, nurturing environment for your garden.
The Power of Touch: Skin-to-skin contact can help too. It’s like the warmth of the sun on ur garden, encouraging growth and connection. This closeness can be a beautiful part of the process.
there's a reason you aren't anymore, because you aren't supposed to give that to your "husband"
Eat things with prolactin in them that is the chemical responsible for lactation in both men and women ( yes men can lactate it is just very rare also not the same)
Why don’t you speak with your doctor and sex therapist. Why do people feel the need to share thier sex lives with everyone

Hormones and stuff under guidance for a doctor can help.. Find a good Gynecologist, who is not in your town, doesn't knows you as a person or your husband.. if you want to keep it secret..
Or consult one Virtually.
Take pills of hormone like a proper prescription.. lot of women Take Hormones make milk and sell it!..
I think User @kelly6 is more appropriate than me to answer this question!.. Pardon me if I Tagged the wrong person!.. 🤗Kelly you are one adorable Soul🤗
As long as someone's sucking on your tits (or, you're pumping the milk out of them), they'll keep making and giving milk. I know of a woman that's been breast feeding her kids for the past 8 to 12 years, now.
How long has it been since you stopped breastfeeding your baby?
Hard to restart once you stop short of hormones I would imagine. I'm not into it but don't let anyone kink shame you. You do what works for you.
There are hormonal suppliments that induce lactation, and in some cases repeated stimulation is said to be enough. Beyond that, its a question for a doctor.
There is some tea made of some leaves that induces lactation you can consult a lactation pediatrition they will give you the required knowledge I think these people are called lactationist
To just feed him? That’s not how it’s supposed to work… why did you stop in the first place?
Enjoying how helpful the guys are on this thread! 😉😂
Should’ve kept breast-feeding your husband right after the baby was done but there are pills for that to keep lactated
really is that actually true though
Time for another baby
