Trending & News we had no games, no signs... no gambling not taking chances... when the time was right we did bring it up, considered the possibilities and talked about it... were we ready or not... and at the time we weren't, so we didn't go with it...
it's caring for one another...
So no success there?
depends on how you see it... not being trapped in something we really didn't want and we were not ready for, can be seen as a success, lol
Bruh just say no 😂
Homie gave me a whole explanation to avoid defeat lol
happiness is not a defeat...
to see happiness as a bad thing, now that would be a true failure...
The thing is that it's not all about happiness, that's what many people seem to get wrong about marriages, it's why so many of them fail, they rely on only happiness and there's no such thing as perfection so just a few bumps on the road throws them off course and next thing you know, they are divorcing, a marriage is not only a bond but a life time commitment to a specific lover which means overthrowing whatever obstacles stand in the way in the future, now if what you mean is that the compability wasn't there then that's understandable but there's a big difference between the two.
Seeking for only happiness in a marriage will always end in defeat, because there's no such thing as a marriage with an unlimited source of happiness, when you make the oath, you make the oath to stick with them to the end, with or without problems, y'all are bonded into one metaphorically.
okay... give me the list of just three things that are vital for your happiness... but you are willing to give and sacrifice and never have again
so your partner can be happy instead... what are the three things you definitely want in your life, but you will quit for someone else to be happier
Speaking to other women, female friends and my time that I clearly could use for anything else
These are just three but I'm willing to make sacrifices for someone I love, even that being my own life, I'm not playing games out here lol
no... those are little things
we're talking about the great things, for example
- Quit your religion or convert
- Quit your addictions of bad habits
- Give up on your idea of being or not being a parent... and also move to somewhere else were you will hate the weather for 9 months of every year for at least the next 20 years
- Quit your job or business... and get another that provides but you will hate
- Get away from family or friends, give up your pets
- Get rid off your guns and all those safety parafernalia
- Become friendly and close with family or her best friends who are all dudes and make them your new trusted circle
Well these things already count as lack of compatibility not lack of happiness, if a person is compatible with you then they will have similar goals to you when it comes to these aspects, I'd quit addiction and bad habits for myself so I'm more than certain I'd be able to do it for a lover tho so that's not really a good example ha.
But happiness and compatibility are different and usually you can be happy and not compatible if you have certain sources of happiness to replace the others with that person, it seems like y'all were just incompatible, I can assure you that you've found happiness to a certain extent with her even if y'all weren't compatible correct? But it was the lack of compatibility that caused the seperation right?
well, that's the one thing... you do not understand yet, because of your lack of experience with these things
"compatible" does not mean to find someone that is 100% exactly like you... that doesn't exist Chico
"compatible" is more about people who have a lot of common with themselves, but still find differences there and they can compromise and adjust to them... and still make it work
this is the true compatibility and affinity in a relationship
because right now, you might think you only need to be compatible in six, or twelve maybe 20 things you have in mind but when you actually are in a relationship with a person... these 20 things you had in mind become at leas 100 of them... and maybe more
true life experience cannot be just thought as an idea, because the ideas in our mind are always limited... and reality is always so much more intricate and complex
sex, for example... most people who never have had sex with another person, do not really understand ALL of the things that actually happen, during, before and after sex...
there are a lot of details involved that we do not always point out here but everyone knows of this, those who have had sex, lol
not everything is always nice and hot and easy just like that... if you ever had someone here saying "the sex was bad" it is probably because of these details too... anyway
what we think we know and we think we can expect... versus the actual reality and true experienced experience, two very different things
That's not what I meant, my lack of experienced allowed me to read the mess ups of other people so, what I meant by my statement was that there's certain aspects that you should relate with your partner about, not the exact same but to a point where it's not in the way, if you like something and they don't but love you and don't mind It, That's a compatibility, if it bothers them to the point it's a deal breaker, that's not a compatibility, but still you are missing the point of my debate, that would be that compatibility and happiness are two different things and happiness is limited weither you are compatible or not, chasing a marriage for only happiness is built to fail.
what I can tell about happiness is this...
I am about the happiest I've ever been in my life, although single at the moment... I am very happy with most things as they are... and I would not change a thing right now (and so she is, very happy with her life) and I am also sure that I am in the best position to be even happier with someone, when the time is right...
and this is the true state of happiness... happiness and relationships, all of them are always the same thing... because one will not be possible nor successful without the other
if you are not happy yourself and with yourself... you won't be able to make others truly happy
and the "perfect compatible marriage" situation will not automatically give you the happiness you think you need
happiness is what will make your more or less perfect relationship... the greatest thing you'll have in your life
Yep cause happiness can be found is many ways but you aren't always happy is my point, of course being single has it's own bonuses, not having to worry about anyone besides yourself is a relieving feeling but eventually there's ways some unhappiness finds it's way to you, I'm glad y'all both decided to separate and y'all find happiness other ways tho that's good.
well that's very true...
life always finds a way to give you a new challenge and things to face and worry about... lmao
but, that's life...
Yep life, gives you a glimpse of happiness to snatch it and repeats the process til you die lol
lol I just told my ex-husband, that we probably should marry :D like, we lived together 1.5 years already... he agreed :P
If I waited for him to find out, I would grow old without any proposal 😜
So you gonna marry again? 🤣🎉
Maybe :D
Congrats Isla 🤣
I would problaby bring the subject up. But if im in a relationship with someone they will know I want to get married. So he will already know😆
The privilege of being tiny, there's no room for games 😂
Hehehe yup😌👍

I'd probably subtly joke about it and after all those attempts have a serious convo about it 😅
So joking are signs, aaah I see, interesting 🤓📝
That is a good tip 🤔
Is this common within other women or is this a Lisa thing? 🤔
Mhm sassy little Lisa saw it on YouTube so... 💅😌 lol
Lol.
I don't know, we had already both talking about wanting to get married in the near future so it was just kinda clear cut.
I see, fair enough
You lost me Rachel, what am I looking at 😭
We act shy and distant at least I do
Isn't that normal shy chick behavior tho? I'm pretty sure I've met plenty that are naturally like that, I doubt it meant they wanted to marry me lmao
Are you normally shy?
Nope I haven't even found her yet but I want to have all the knowledge before making any steps
Shut up 😂
I respectfully disagree 😇
I didn’t give any.
Way to be more difficult 😂
