We were only together for about 3 months until her hubby found out. We all still stayed friends but he went east to work in a prison library and I never saw him again. I kept in touch with her, most of the past 42 years. She got married again to their best friend and, for all I know, she cheats on him, too. Last time I saw her, 22 years ago, we had a very long chat catching up on what we've been doing, etc., and then, when I walked her out to her car, we hugged and kissed and then she started French kissing me, again for a moment before she stopped it and said, we'd better not get that started, again! I have no idea if it's because she knew I was with someone or if she was still with Scott and didn't wanna fuck that up. It didn't matter if I started fucking around because my girlfriend, at the time, stopped fucking me 6 years before and had already tried setting me up with two other girls and, although I didn't know it, yet, she'd already been fucking her "FRIEND", David for the previous few years!!
Successful? I was 14 and it lasted from July 4, 2009 till the end of August that year when she went home to España. Eight weeks of a lot of fun, but after Christmas 2009 we never spoke again. So no, not still together. I kind of such at long term romance. But I am a great friend! I have a few friendships of 20+ years, and the same best friend since I was 4.
I got my first boyfriend in 2022 when I was 18 and this person is actually someone who's been one of my best friends since we were in 6th grade and I had an enormous crush on him for years but I was always too scared to tell him I liked him but little did I know he actually liked me too and as of now we've been dating a year and seven months and I could not be happier 🥰
First was testing the waters and figuring out how to be in a relationship but not really into them for the long haul. I've never had a problem netting/keeping men happy or interested in long-term relationships. It's more me trying to find one I didn't want to throw back into the sea.

It was successful cause I learned a lot. No bad feelings left.
My first official relationship was successful to the degree that I look upon her very fondly and we left on good terms, but unsuccessful in making the long distance work so we aren't together anymore.
My first girlfriend dumped (*) me 42 years ago on New Year's Day.
(*) She actually dumped me before that, but I didn't realize we were broken-up until she told me that evening.
Of course not. My first love was when I was 12 to 14 and anyone would have to be nuts to stay with their first boyfriend.
Yes, we've been married for 4 years and together for almost 6
my high-school girlfriend is still one of my best and close friends today... yes
Yes it worked for a bit but she moved house.
Nah. We were together for a month and only fooled around like twice. It was sophmore year so unshockingly it didn't last long.
It was successful but ended after some years cuz we changed
Seems like only the lucky ones, find "the one" first shot.
Broke up but still friends. I feel lucky that I only dated a few friends and the last one I married.
Omg no lol
. It was actually my worst relationship ever
6 weeks lol... it lasted 6 weeks... 😛
