I think there is a subtle but important difference between a kiss like that and having sex. If you'll notice, in most porn videos the girls don't kiss the guys, they just have sex (or so I've been told). And even prostitutes never kiss the guys (unless maybe he is willing to pay her a whole lot more) but have any kind of kinky sex with a guy (or so I've been told).

Why is that? If they are willing to have any kind of kinky sex, why not a simple kiss.

I think it's because a kiss, while it can be erotic and sexual in nature, is something else entirely. It is a kind of statement and bonding that sex doesn't fully provide by itself. It is saying I accept you, I want you, I am right here in the moment with you and want more. It is highly erotic and emotionally compelling, not just physical stimulation.

Both sex and kissing are related and also important bonding rituals. But they have a different emotional spectrum.
