Trending & News Well I already have trust funds set up for my kids. I also have investment portfolios for them and I have 14 extra portfolios set up specifically for the continuation of my line. With any luck my children and my grandchildren and 2 or 3 generations after will never have to work. I have also written down detailed instructions for my 3 kids and for 'future descendants' on how to ensure they are able to grow the money further and set up for their children. That being said I have also already set up retirement accounts for both my wife and I. We have a very large joint account and we each have a personal account. So in the event of my death my wife will become the sole beneficiary of my money with restrictions like she can't sell property I have purchased, any of the money inherited can not be used or given to people outside of my or her family. To prevent shitty people from leeching off her. Among other rules to ensure that all of my wealth will essentially never enter someone else's hands other than my bloodlines.
I'm childfree.
In case I happen to have any capital for someone to inherit from me (if i am THAT lucky enough) I'll consider having it going towards ocean and beach cleanups since I'm a beach person. I don't need a pyramid to be my grave because who cares?
My last Will & Trust has instructions for the distribution of my estate to several people, establishments & charities.
Of course, a huge chunk of my estate will be given to my husband.
We don't have children.
I would leave my money equally to both, and I would also donate a portion to charity.

i have, but dont go very often due to the long flight. another problem is, they are very zenophobic, so do not allow foreign nationals to stay at most hotels. unlike many countries, they judge you based on nationality, and not race. they also use epayments which you, for the most part, have to be a local to get. need a bank account to do epayment, need proof of employment and address to open bank account. i dont like international traveling in general because of how hard it is to get back in and all the questions
I wanna take the high road and say I would have it distributed equally, but in reality, I'd probably leave the bulk of it to whomever took care of me later in life as a way of trying to compensate them for that sacrifice (assuming of course they'd even be willing, lol)
Would split it down the middle they would get half each or depending on how much they was a part of my life
Thats the wrong way to think.
The correct way to think is "who do you trust to use your money to keep you alive?"
I never got around to having kids, so if I go first my wife, otherwise some good charitable organizations.
the one who has no money.
but what money?
I don't have any children and, worse, I don't have money but I have plenty of debt.
I am leaving it to my wife. Let her do the dirty work.
If my parents were alive then surely to my parents and my wife and kids for sure.
But if parents weren't alive then for wife and kids
I have no family, so my best friend is my primary heir.
i feel like this is a no-brainer.
My wife will get it. After that who knows?
My sister's and my mom.
would donate to orphanage
My children equally.
