Yeah, that's kinda subjective really. I think most people would consider "early on" to be like the first few months of dating someone. Like maybe up to 6 months?
Some signs it might still be early on:
- You're still learning a lot about each other likes/dislikes, personalities, childhoods, etc. Still some mystery there.
- The relationship isn't totally comfortable or routine yet. Still some nerves or figuring each other out feelings.
- You may still be seeing other people casually or haven't fully committed as a real couple yet.
- Holidays, family events etc together as a couple haven't really happened yet. Relationship hasn't been tested long term.
- Sexual/intimacy level can still be developing rather than super familiar and comfortable.
- Talking about long term future plans like moving in together isn't really on the table seriously yet.
So I'd say the first 6 months roughly as still being considered early days. But it also depends how often you see each other - every day for 3 months may feel less new than weekly for 6 months, if that makes sense!
No one knows lol
I would say early stages are up to 7-8 months
Lol I don't even go for second date if i don't get what i want. 😜
