When watching series/movies together with a partner, do they watch it equally interested with you or do they sit on their phones and irritate you?

This happened to me and the Mrs two hours ago and we had an argument about it. Like we can't watch anything together cause most series/movies doesn't interest her and when we watch something I want someone to show equally interest in something with me... so I can relate and we can laugh/talk about it... but she is totally ignorant. And it makes me irritated.

this was never ever an issue for me... this just doesn't happen out of nowhere and for no reason, this is a habit

so, I just didn't get in a relationship with someone that has this habit... and most people who do this kind of stuff... will do it to anyone, anywhere at any time... it is just the habit of doing stuff at your phone

She goes on her phone, but I do the same thing to her so I can't really get mad

lol we do but after say 30 minutes into it, she gets bored and goes over to the phone. I end up watching it through.
