Uhhhh are we talking about Inception right now? Because I don't think that riddle exists anywhere else. The answer isn't really an answer, since another character says it.

The train is the vessel for the dream metaphor. This conversation is just the characters saying that despite the little control they have in these dreams, they're not afraid because they'll be together. Inception always takes the complex route so of course this was phrased like a riddle. If this quote exists outside of the movie then I'm not sure
