One of the lessons I learned is don’t let outside voices really impact your one on one relationship. Sure friends can be good places to vent or listen and can offer advice. But work out problems within the relationship via genuine communication and vulnerability.. don’t have outside perspectives tarnish the relationship and trusted bond.

Shouldn't believe anyone just because they swear and promise, not everyone who says that they love me truly loves me, i have to be prepared for anything and to not trust blindly!

1. Never ever act like you are always available

2. If you got a breakup, try to connect to that person as a friend. Believe me its most powerful thing.

3. Never imagine and expect about your future with your love ones. It will always make u sad

4. whatever the problem, act like you are happy and confident. People avoid weak character.

5. Try to be interesting. For this i try to say things in a different manner like a story type, double meaning type.

6. ALWAYS TRY TO CHAT IN NIGHT, IT WILL TRIGGR MORE DOPAMINE, OXYTOCIN, HIGH HARMONAL LEVELS.

7. Try to persuade her/him at 1800-2000 hrs. for something (exhaust fallacy) or in 0100-0400hrs (emotions are dominant).

8. Always try to get praise from the people present in the friend circle of your loved ones. They will praise you infront of your love ones in your absence and it will help you most. VERY EFFECTIVE.
