2024 brought me... sleep paralysis, which seems to be a little bit worse than nightmares are...

but, I would say these ruin my day, truth be told, nightmares didn't really affect me much, no matter how bad they were... I knew they were just dreams

but sleep paralysis is different, as they do carry and bring elements of anxiety and stress but still, I've been able to "handle" it

Yep. For example I recently I dreamed of my friend lying to me and when I woke up I was still a slightly bit pissed for no reason, so I texted her that I am mad at her and immediately I explained the reason in a voice message, she told me she got freaked out when she saw the first text because she didn't know what she did and when she heard the voice message of me explaining the whole dream, she called me fucking insane. 😂

  @SweetJoyGirl thanks it would get so bad that when I would go out places I started to panic and there was a time where I didn’t wanna go home for a while, but I got it taken care of. I want to two session about a couple times.

  And it turns out I never had claustrophobia anyway she thinks it was just phobias because I had a bad dream about a coffin being stuck in it like the kill Bill movie
