Really good question. I have so many filtering through my mind. Life forces you into an up-close split second decision. You can't see the full picture. There is no time. And you innocently choose poorly. Then you are forced to live with the regrets.

would keep my problems and mental health issues to myself as a teen and not have my parents find out (ruined my teen years)
i would have gone on a diet earlier (used to be overweight for a couple years as a teen)
