40+ divorced woman is interested in me, what should I do?

She works in the office opposite to mine (different companies, we aren't coworkers but we share the floor), I chat her up at the coffee machine.

She talked about having divorced last year, I asked if she wanted to go out for drinks sometimes and she was neutral about it, saying "maybe". In the last week she started knocking on my see through wall and ask me to go get coffee with her, or go out for a smoke. She also complimented me a couple of times, asked if I have a girlfriend.

Yesterday she asked, when are we going out? So I think she's actually interested in me. Should I go for it? Tbh I do like her personality and find her attractive

The only caution I see is you work with eachother. I'd go off what you know of her already. But keep in mind it's just coffee at this point. It really shouldn't cause too much problem just to have coffee with her.
