I am an angry person and I am jealous, that's why I prefer the person I love to be calm. Two angry people cannot live with each other.

1 yNo one. They really need to deal with the anger first, if they don't want to pass down unhealthy patterns to the kids.
Angry people often have high expectations from life, from themselves and from others. They struggle to cope with feelings of disappointment and proceed to get angry. The good news is that it's perfectly OK to get angry; what's not OK is treating overreaction and verbal abuse as proper expressions of anger.
A few helpful things to do are:
Begin to recognize your anger early and accept that whatever it was triggered that response for some reason. If you catch it early, you can start to practice calming down and active processing. It seems childish, but eventually it will become second-nature.
Learn to take deep, slow breaths and release slowly. This calms your brain so that you can deal with the frustration more objectively.
Genuinely apologizing whenever you overreact helps a lot. It tends to cause you to check yourself if you know that you are starting to lose it and will need to apologize later.
Having someone you can vent to is helpful; someone who will make space for your feelings, even if they are disproportionate.
I once heard a man say that pessimism is the cure for anger. Assume that nothing will go perfectly or as expected, and then be pleasantly surprised when it does.
Again, it's OK to get angry. Everyone does. Some people just have more practice with processing and accepting their difficult feelings. It's harder for others. It's not the feeling that makes a person dysfunctional; it's how they respond to the feeling.

1 yI can't believe some of these answers. People saying angry people don't deserve love, unless they change.
I'm an angry and jealous too. Even if someone is angry, it doesn't necessarily mean they'll act that way towards YOU! You just need someone who is loyal and understanding of you, knows your triggers and is respectful and non-judgemental. These things are the key. If there is mutual respect, loyalty, trust, compassion, care and understanding, then they won't show any anger towards each other. If the person does things that make you angry, it means they don't really care about you and aren't loyal. And I am speaking from experience. You just need to find someone who doesn't make you angry.
As for jealousy, this is a normal human emotion. If they aren't jealous, it means they don't really love. You just need to establish boundaries and stick by them. A lot of jealousies stem from insecurities and lack of trust. But if you're able to find a loyal and trustworthy partner, these feelings will go away. Like I said, you just need to set boundaries with the person and trust that they will be kept.

1 yA calm person handles anger better, but at the same time they hate it more.
If you want something, you must create the conditions for achieving it.
You cannot expect a partner with a great personality if yours is nasty.
10 Reply None but if we have to choose, someone as angry as them. (I believe in a God who gives people what people deserve I also believe in a just God who has plans different than ours and some people call it unjust punishment but its simply not true according to our flawful plans we assume our future but God sees the true future the far away future that we cannot see.) re-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
