My father died when I was much younger. I miss spending time with him, getting his advice, and that he wasn't around to see his grandchildren.

My father often said that someone has to leave for someone to be born. A year and a day after he died, our first child, a son, was born. His middle name is my father's name.

My dog. He was my rock when I was depressed and almost homeless. He’s crossed the rainbow bridge and I wish I could just see him one last time, I didn’t get to say good bye because I was still on the plane back home when he passed.
