Would you consider this cheating?

So some background to the situation first,

I've been in a relationship with this girl for a little more than a year now, and there are a few things about her I feel is very disrespectful to me and also that she is completely unprofessional and unfit for her job.

She works as a nurse at a "youth reception", not sure if that's the translation, in our country it's more like a type of gynecology clinic for teens up to 25 yo,

She has several times told me inappropriate things about her work, like dropping comments about some girl being very good looking, or what she got to do or see, in an excited, almost "bragging" way?

I of course know what she's "into" sexually, and it's very close to what she works with, she has for example brought home a speculum from work for us she likes to use on me, and other things too,

I feel disrespected by her way of being and treating her work, that she kind of betrays the exclusivity people in a relationship should have, I know it's not "cheating" per-se, but I feel like it is just that, that she's cheating on me all day with girls that have no idea about it or what she has in her mind...

I've tried talking to her about it, but she is just shutting me down and saying that it's not that deep or serious and that I'm being difficult for no reason and making drama.

I really don't feel it's okay though, not just against me but also against the patients and her colleagues that have no idea.

I also want to say that I really don't think she would do something outside of what's "professional" at her job, or inappropriate, but I know her thoughts and what's on her mind and that is definitely inappropriate, I would be very uncomfortable if my gyn had such thoughts...

What would you say about this situation?
