I just witnessed a man keeping his composure, for an hour straight of me crying. It was as sad for both of us, but he kept his composure cause he knows I needed it. I told him he could cry but he did not. That's something I could never have pulled off unless he was struggling with something I was not personally affected by.

I appreciate that steady prescence men display. Especially since I know it takes a toll ❤️
