Yes my grandpa, he died in 2009 and i didn't see much of him growing up. He had some mental health issues of his own like myself and I wanted to see him proud of how far I've come since he departed, he knew as a kid i was struggling and walking a tightrope most days (ASD) now other psychiatric issues, he wasn't the cuddly kind of grandpa and to just have a male grandparent as the other was absent in my life, would have meant a lot to me and my family growing up as he felt like stability at times from what i remember, the other grandparent male in my family died in 2019-2021 and was kind of the opposite - chaotic, flirty, a sort of runaway from family. You don't know what you miss until it's gone years later.

I miss my girlfriend, whom I lost a few weeks ago. We talked about living together next year. I guess that will never happen. She is beautiful. The most beautiful woman I have ever met. I gave her love for as long as I was able to do so.

I also miss my father, whom died 15 months ago. He was one of my best friends.

Sure. My grown son just moved to Colorado in July! He used to live around the corner in his dad's old apartment. But it was time for him to fly the coop and try out a good relationship with the woman he's with.

He has a good job and I wish him all the success in both spheres. Plan to go hiking in his nearby mountains next year. Should be interesting to see someplace I know little about and do something new. Never hiked in foothills. !!!
