I always think of the movie "Dark Shadows".

When the witch grabbed her heart out of her body to give it as a present. And then she died. Only ashes left. That scene stays inside my memory.

Is that romantic or scary.

To give your life for your love. Your heart. Even if your love doesn't take it.
