Do you celebrate it with your partner? Or do you usually celebrate it? (If you are single now)

Not this year because im single

But even being single when my mom was a live i would would always get her a box of candy or some flowers

There have always been times when you might have a friend going through a hard time or break up and I would get her a card and a box of candy

just to make her smile make her day better or I would always get my nieces a little heart shaped box of candy. But they are all grown up now

So I dont really think about it except when I see all the questions on here

But who knows what will happen im very spontaneous and I might be out some place and see an old lady who's day I could make better or just want to see someone smile and if I can do it quick enough I might do something

It's a day to give love its a day to show love do something nice for someone you dont know

Kind of, i dont celebrate it for people. People give flowers for valentines day, those flowers die a couple days later... I work in my garden for valentines day, i plant seeds for flowers to grow as winter turns to spring. Valentines day is about unconditionally love and connection and hope to me. People dont do any of those 3 thing the pure way plants do.

Yeah, I celebrate it with my wife, but we keep it low-key and romantic, not lovebombing with overpriced roses and crowded restaurants. Cozy dinner at home, small thoughtful gift, maybe a handwritten note. I think Valentine’s Day is cute, but daily effort matters way more than that one Instagrammable night.

Up until recently id been with the same lady for 12 years. At the outset she told me she didn't do valentines day , thought it was stupid, just another day Yadav Yadav and for those of you with similar tales listen up. The last velentines day we were still kinda together I was doing something on face book and I found a post from here it read ( basically) another valentines day and not even a card.

No, I have nothing to celebrate in that regard. Oddly enough, my father never celebrated it either, despite being happily married. He didn't consider it a legitimate Christian festival.
