Do you think public displays of affection (PDA) are cool or cringe?

I am personally not in favor of public display of affection. While holding hands is OK, I cannot agree with anything more, such as eating out each other's mouths and checking for tonsils. Those are things that should be best left for the comfort of the home's 4 walls but certainly not in public.

If you think of it, it is kind of disgusting to have to witness those face chewing. It has not lost anything in public where people are subjected to them and mainly for children that have to witness those unappealing displays.

A kiss on the cheek is fine too but that should stop there.

Other than hand holdng, or kisses on the cheek, I think PDA is mostly cringey. I don't want to see tonsil wars or body rubbing in general. Making out at the beach or in the park on a blanket, ah well, it's OK...

Some young folk don't have any other places to go, I suppose. But adults. When I see that, I always think someone's doing it on purpose to SHOW this person is their "claim." Big cringe.

I guess it depends on how much. A little is alright and I probably don't notice it half the time because it is discreet.

Sucking face like crazy is definitely cringe. That is better saved for home or somewhere private.
