My life motto, especially about religious beliefs is, don't be a dick. It's the basic tenant of most religions in my opinion. Sure there are stupid rules like wearing mixed fabrics and stuff, but the jist of it is be kind to others so that's what I live by.

Try to treat people better than you want to be treated. I'm human so that means I don't always demonstrate this every day but I try.

I have had so many strange stories where I have gotten in the weirdest of altercations with people and sometimes about ten years ago I decided to reset my attitude (which wasn't bad just attracting weird things) and adopted this mantra.

The days that I'm good at it are my happiest. When you're nice to a stranger or even say hi and smile you can feel it in return. It's really satisfying.

When I'm at my best I'm just trying to make people around me feel good about anything without being annoying about it lol. I have to check myself sometimes because not everyone wants to receive positive vibes.

The most important is "karma is a bitch, so be nice". In other words, you reap what you sow.

My other one is:
"Never try and teach a pig to sing; it's a waste of your time and it just annoys the pig". I have difficulty with this one if a magat gets in my face and starts saying stupid shit, which as you know, is inevitable.
