You can love hundreds of people. But no, I believe you can only be IN love with one person. There is only ONE person you have that connection with. If she has feelings for him, she cannot be IN love with you.
Does that mean she may never be IN love with you? Not necessarily.
You're only a year into the relationship and you've already broken up. After a year, the infatuation starts to die away and you really start to get serious. I think that's when you can truly say you're falling in love, because you know one another so intimately. My guess is she's infatuated with the possibility of "what's on the other line" and "what she could have," in regards to the other guy. She needs to act like an adult, make up her mind, and choose one of you. SHE needs to evaluate her feelings and be honest with herself. It's not fair to you to be acting this way.
Your girlfriends major crazy. I saw your pics & your really cute & you seem really sweet & clearly care about her. I don't know what the heck she's thinking. I've liked two guys at the same time before, so it does happen, but tough break. If she's interested in two people at once it means she's not sure how she feels about you & in her head still waiting for something better. She may have feelings towards you, even love you, but when your sure you want to be with someone you know it. As someone said earliar, you can love many people at the same time & in different levels, but your only IN LOVE with one.

If you love two people at the same time, choose the second one, because if you really loved the first one you wouldn't have fallen for the second.
Lets look at it like this , You love McDonald's and You love Vegetable soup. But IF you Keep eating McDonald's for a long time you will get Obesity, High Blood pressure, Joint pains , Instability and so on. If you keep Drinking Vegetable soup your won't have to concerned of your health , because its a healthy meal.
IF the other guy is McDonalds then You are the Vegetable soup, She chose you so be happy!
But be careful not to let her slip out of your relationship at least until you build a solid foundation of your love and develop Irrisistable feelings towards each other!

shes still going to have feelings for hm. If he had said she made a huge mistake and wanted to be with you, that's one thing. But she still tells you she has feelings for him. its like she wants you to break up with her.

Yeah probably she loves neither. But it's too hard to tell. I've been in this situation, and I picked one, but I still sometimes miss the other guy randomly. I wish I could just KNOW I was in love.
It is bad place to be!
It means, if I take myself, that I never really liked the first guy so much but I feel safe with him. It is hard. I feel bad for you.
She choose you. Be happy. I believe you can love two people at once.
