Polls: Relationships

My boyfriend (22) and I (18) have been together for a little over a month now, and it's going pretty well, he tells me he is ready to settle down which is a huge reassurance to me as he is not dating me just to date but to settle down. We know each other through mutual friends you can say, I met him through my older sister's fiancé. Everything for the most part has been going pretty smoothly we have a few arguments here and there that do kind of concern me for the reason being we are so fresh into our relationship I feel that we should be in our honeymoon phase and shouldn't find anything yet to somewhat argue about. On the other hand, I'm getting worried that maybe my boyfriend doesn't like me romantically. He has never once shown me a romantic gesture like buying me flowers or take me out to dinner. I am always initiating us seeing each other, he used to always ask me to hang out and now it feels like I am the only one that makes plans for us to hang out, I have brought this to his attention and every time I bring it up he sort of will shut me down and tell him that, that isn't true an that he's trying his hardest. So, with him saying that I try to brush it off, I even tried for an entire week of me not asking him to hang out, and not a single I miss you, or I wanna see you. We didn't see each other that week. When we are together it's like we are on top of the world and he acts like he really likes me, but it feels like he might not have as much interest in me as he used too. I try my best to give him his personal time with himself and his friends but to a certain extent I wish he'd make plans with me the way he does with his friends. ANY GUYS WITH ADVICE PLS ANSWER ME BACK !!!

I'm impressed with my parents' endurance, given their past infidelity decades ago. Obviously I was too young to even form sentences at the time. Actually I wasn't even born when mom cheated first and they weren't married yet. Yup they still got married later on.

Mom got caught (on his couch with his former friend... the journal I read had the graphic details of it, more than what I'm even posting) and dad cheated back years later but at least he felt terrible and confessed himself shortly. I know they worked it out long ago. Though if the cheater got caught, can trust really be regained in that case? If they confess at least there is a small chance since the person came clean but if they got caught, that has to be nearly impossible.

Apart from the hard work they did, I would like to know how is the relationship like if they stay together. Can a human really be capable of forgiving and forgetting that and regain trust if they wanted to? Personally I don't think I can work that, no matter how much counseling sessions, no way I would overcome that.

Please help me settle an argument with my boyfriend.

He never lets me play Beyonce in the car because he really dislikes her music, and I argued that the passenger is in charge of the stereo, but he says the driver is because they are the ones responsible for safety, thus they get to choose the music, and additionally that it's his car anyway so it's a moot point.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend but today I woke up not feeling so well - I was head achy and dizzy all day and sleepy and nauseated…. we were out the whole entire day yesterday….

my boyfriend wanted to clean up his place today and I usually go to the gym when he cleans…. today I couldn’t go because I wasn’t well and my boyfriend was getting frustrated with me…. we also had to be at his parents for dinner later tonight and we ended up going..

why was he getting frustrated and insisting for me to go the gym even tho he knew I wasn’t feeling well? He still was able to do his cleaning even tho I was there…

(my boyfriend does have a learning disability and doesn’t always comprehend)
