Well you cannot believe in the literal truth of religion and believe in scientific truth at the same time One of them will have to bend and play second fiddle
If there was something spiritual, you would think we could design an experiment to see if it actually does have an affect in the real world. If it doesn't, how can we know there exist a thing? Like if I told you there was a nonobservable, noninteractable invisible dragon, could you prove me wrong? Of course not. There's no way I could even prove it in the first place.
I mean if we're really trying to understand about the universe, should we believe an idea that has no evidence? If you say that we should believe an idea without any evidence, we could show how they would lead to a contradiction.
Except we have evidence of that. We observe galaxies rapidly moving away from us. We could clearly observe the CMB, something the Big Bang theory predicted. It was actually a result we got from the equations of relativity.
Claiming knowledge about anything before 13.8 billion years isn't logical. We have no idea of what happened before.
Exactly. It is no more or less foolish to believe in a magical event of infinite mass than it is to believe about a flying spaghetti monster creating something.
That's why all we could say is we don't know. I don't make a claim about knowing, but I criticize the idea that people think it implies there is a God.
I never claimed to know what caused the Big Bang.
And you didn't tell me what he Big Bang actually talks about.
What is a universe? Are there multiverses? That's why I hate it when people say they know that God created everything or it was all random or whatever. We just don't know

(((Einstein))) was a total fraud, though. I am really tired of watching that person get promoted as the face of science.
GOD is above the dome so all the science is trash
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAcp3BFBYw4&t=34sand wrong also
Science and religion are trying to understand God but both are flawed in that they are earthly.
God cannot be understood through earthly tools/means.
How is science as a method flawed? It can make reliable and accurate predictions about things.
It's looking at the world in a purely materialistic sense. It completely leaves out the spiritual.
The only that comes close is Hadron collider experiments and quantum physics.
The method is not necessarily flawed per se.
Let me put it this way: You're not going to find out how a strawberry tastes simply by looking at it.

Exactly. That's why we'll never be able to prove whether or not god exists.
Should we really believe he exist then?
It's up to you to decide.
I mean if we're really trying to understand about the universe, should we believe an idea that has no evidence? If you say that we should believe an idea without any evidence, we could show how they would lead to a contradiction.
Well I mean we believe this whole big bang theory.
Yet no one was around when it happened. So why should we believe that?
Except we have evidence of that. We observe galaxies rapidly moving away from us. We could clearly observe the CMB, something the Big Bang theory predicted. It was actually a result we got from the equations of relativity.
That's not real evidence in my opinion. The big bang could have been CREATED.
Claiming knowledge about anything before 13.8 billion years isn't logical. We have no idea of what happened before.
Do you know what the Biig Bang actually talks about?
Yes. What does that have to do with it not being caused by a higher consciousness?

The Bing Bang was the singularity. It was a point of infinite mass from which the universe spread out in all directions.
Supposedly.
It's misleading to say that because you need to clarify what you mean by universe. The observable universe of the entire universe?
Well we're just talking bullshit words anyway.
What is a universe? Are there multiverses? That's why I hate it when people say they know that God created everything or it was all random or whatever. We just don't know
You make too many assumptions.
How so?
Good take
science is garbage
religion is physically real
XD
What do you mean physically real?
