I believe the answer is B but it's very possible it's C as well. They definitely was because they were not going to worship strange Idols or foreign gods of other people. They had to face, and love for our God that they were willing to do what they had to do, even if it meant that they had to sacrifice themselves.
But as far as if I'm able to do it, realistically speaking I am not sure. But at the same time he has not given us a spirit of fear but power, love, and a sound mind according to 2nd Timothy 1:7. Faith is doing, not feeling.
Well duh... probably 800 to 1000 degrees... we read that the furnace CONSUMED the men that bound Shad, Mesh, and Abed... GOD is an ALL CONSUMING FIRE...
and just WHO was in the fiery furnace with them?
