The Koden Gadol? They'd need a Sanhedrin, and they assemble one of those without a Mosaic ordination, and the mainline Jewish version of that died out in 358 AD when Constantine killed them all. Well, not them ALL, but the only remaining ones whose records can even come CLOSE to being verified are Samaritans, and those folks aren't exactly on good terms with one another.

They'd also want to restore the Temple, and that'd mean taking down the Dome of the Rock, unless you scale it up so much that it contains the Dome (I've actually suggested this to a rabbi, who thankfully understood the value in not being afraid of looking stupid; the problem is that you'd have to keep it at the same scale). And since the Dome's been there longer than either of the Temples were- longer, in fact, than both of them put together, it'd be a very hard sell.

Islam and Judaism cannot have a "pope" as they do not have a Church. Let alone the bloody history and power struggles of Christianity.
