Imvery spiritual and i have seen my 3 year old daughter speak to someone at night in multiple occurrences, but when she isn't speaking to this person she's always looking in a direction as if she was looking at someone this happens in my back yard where we open shed attached to the house. She has later spoke of this persons presence in my room as she refers to her as 'the lady with black hair" it's not necessarily a "harmful" or bad spirit" as it it's just considered a spirit here during these times. I have never felt negative or hostile vibes from this such spirit my daughter refers to as "the lady with black hair" i have on the other hand heard her speak and she sounds like an older woman
Therefore further backing up my belief of how my daughter describes it. I've heard running and sounds of someone walking around my house shortly before my daughter wakes up to a nightmare. I think my daughter is just scared because she is confused by a "odd presence" like this and therefore it remains that i still do not get a negative, threatening, or hostile vibe from it/her? Although I have been practicing meditation and have had multiple astral projection experiences through my meditation, I've found recently that it is hard for me to meditate or preform the ritual i normally preform to achieve an outer body experience in my backyard where my daughter originally was found to speak to and interact with this spirit. Still when I try to meditate in my backyard i get less of a "threatening vibe" than just a negative vibe, almost as if it's sort of a territorial vibe? Like as if I feel that I'm being watched by someone when I try to preform my meditational practices in my backyard. I get the sense almost as if I'm not supposed to do that back there? But I can preform meditation AND an astral projection easily anywhere else? Is it possible that a spirit give a"territorial, hostile, or negative vibe when meditating in specific location that maybe I'm not supposed to do that there
