Which of the seven sins do you feel is truly deadly or is there one missing that should be added to the seven?

I recently found out a local pasted was having an affair with a person going to his church. Everyone one knew except his wife.

But it was the lying that hurt her the most. It was deadly for her.

The "deadly" in the Deadly Sins doesn't refer to how BAD they are, but how INSIDIOUS. To that end, pride. It blinds people to the suffering of others and makes them think that doesn't matter, since they're less important.

I know what you are referring but your interpretation is wrong. If I tell a lie, how am I guilty of murder as well? Use your logic.

The proper interpretation is for ex. If I lie then I'm just as guilty of breaking God's law as all people who have committed adultery, murder, theft etc

James 2:8-13
